Purchased after reading reviews on Trustpilot, those reviews must be fake. The followers are fake accounts, was looking for legit followers as advertised to interact with my feed. Got a bunch foreign pin up girls fake accounts. Some profile pictures were duplicated with different profile names but content was same. No customer service, sent emails no response
By far the WORST experience I have ever had with a following service, FollowersPackages.com. I spoke with a man named Michael Thompson and Jacob B. (Didn’t grab his last name). They bullied me whenever I asked as to why I was losing followers after my second purchase. Then they took the initiative and cancelled my account and refunded me. I didn’t ask them about a refund until they told me that they cancelled my order. They also claimed that they were going to blacklist me on their 400+ social media platforms! I never spoke hatefully to them and I even requested to know when the conversation went south. They even said, “make sure to tell Mr Trump too” ?? They ended it by telling me that they were laughing at me if I sought litigation. I screen shot everything and have reached out to my attorneys because this is a scam!
This company provides tracking numbers, but there is no place on the website to enter the tracking number to monitor the progress. They do not sent an email to confirm the purchase. They provided no results. They no longer have the 24/7 live chat as advertised, after the orders have been placed. I got lucky and caught the live chat twice after the second attempt. So today, I went in like I was going to make another purchase, to see if the live chat would appear. Guess what? I received a message "service not available." The only reason wanted to give them a try is because they were the only website to let you add their services to old post. I am highly dissatisfied. I am so glad that I captured the pages with the tracking numbers and chat exchanges. I printed them out. Instafollowers is quick and good and so is Skweezer. We have never had a problem with them at all. I have sent Follower Packages two emails. They will not respond. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I won't mention any names, but the tone that came across in the first chat was not a friendly one. It was not mean, but it made me feel a little uncomfortable. I should've taken that as a sign that something was not right.

They did not deliver the followers and when I asked for a refund, they said that they would provide one within 3 days but never did and have stopped answering my emails. It's just a scam, don't waste your money
Jeremy Collins Was super rude!! I’m horrible customer service . I messaged asking what is going on because I places 2 orders of followers and spend $100 in 1 week started at 6k and was trying to get to 10k only received 8k and dropped back down to 6 in one day super fast !! So I asked to see if they can fix it and the guy tells me I can’t order from them anymore because they had to refund my money which he offered to do so with attitude saying they don’t like to be accused of something that’s not their problem . Which is insane because when you order it tells you how much you started with and if it was legit I would of had 10k by now.

Just had the same experience with this company. Unbelievably rude. Threatening and downright disgusting responses from them both in emails and live chat. They should be reported to the BBB.
