I am getting worried. Thought they were genuine. My bad. Also bought backlinksindexer. From them and it’s not working. Support is going from bad to zero.
Anyone for Results with this ?
The service seems to have stopped working, I used to like their service a lot, I always used them in conjunction with SEO linkbuilding.
I have cancelled all subscriptions I had with crowdsearch.me
Let me explain:
I recently purchased 1000 credits for crowdsearch.me and I set up 6 campaigns, I set up all permissions within each campaign to include a max dwell time of 2 minutes per visit , I strategically set up the entire 6 campaigns in such a way that my 1000 credits would last approximately one month.
On day 1 Crowdsearch.me burned through about 250 of my credits, and upon investigation I noticed the dwell times per visit were far longer that the permissions I had set ( I set 2 minutes max, but they were spending 12-15 minutes)
I immediately contacted support and made them aware of the issue, they replied back the next day saying they were looking into the situation, another day later they replied again saying they fixed the problem.
However, the problem was not fixed and I was still burning through credits so I replied back to them to let them know that the issue was not fixed and that I also thought it was only fair that they refund me for the excessive credits that were used due to their faulty system ( I used up all 1000 credits within 5 days)
I have not heard back since, I have sent several support tickets, personal emails and private messages but I am being blatantly ignored.
