Manually updating your online shop inventory can be a tedious process that you shouldn’t do with companies like Ecomdash around. Ecomdash.com provides a software you can use to automate your online shop inventory process.
With the software, every time you make a sale or restock your Etsy inventory, for example, you get a near real-time update of stock available. This ensures you avoid situations where you oversell a product because, with a simple click, you can tell how much stock is left.
Automating inventory also means you don’t waste time doing your inventory. Instead, you can focus on other activities that will help grow your business faster.
The Ecomdash software works on multiple platforms, including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and eBay. So with this one service, you can easily manage your stock on all platforms you sell.
Ecomdash.com offers a 15 day free trial of their service, but after that, pricing starts at $60 a month if you do less than 100 orders monthly. The price goes up if you sell more.
DON’T DO IT!!! ecomdash is one of the worst inventory management websites on the internet. Very often, it takes up to 10 minutes to load if you are lucky and don’t get a 500 error. Customer service is also clueless when you report an issue.
Their website claims that their software does EVERYTHING but it is just a lie. In fact, the app does not work properly. The GUI is dated. Worst of all the customer service is awful. One of the worst customer service I dealt with in the past 5 years. Please note that once you add your credit card, it is impossible to remove and they will keep taking money from your card withing sending any email or invoice. Do yourself a favour and stay away. There are plenty better options!
They used to be a great service a few years ago. The chat personnel were knowledgable and the level II techs were quick at getting more serious problems resolved. In the last few months it seems that they replaced the great techs with people who can only search their quick tabs for problem solving and have no real understanding of how the system works. Also, you have ZERO contact with anyone who can actually get things done except for email, and they are now taking days or even weeks to come up with solutions. I had an integration problem that was costing me sales and over the period of more than a week, they did not answer my emails nor provided any solutions. I finally hired an Upwork professional and in less than an hour it was working.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and Ecomdash is no longer picking up orders from my Woocommerce integrations. Four days ago I reported this and still no response. Their chat is disconnected so all you can do is email them. You usually get the same response of something like clear your cache or other useless reply.
Not being able to converse with level II teck support will kill this company with the problems they are having now. I am switching back to Ordoro even though is more expensive. Their customer support is superior in every way.
management seems unwilling to interact with a long-time customer to understand what is a serious and long standing (3-months) issue for us. lower-level support sends almost meaningless responses. very disturbing.
Spent best part of 2-3 days setting up ecomdash as a solution due to its offered features. Many features are poorly designed and do not function as advertised.
The product listing feature is clunky with templates that do no preview fully so you won’t know the final listing view until after published.
Customer support have also not been any help to any issues raised and lack of technical understanding causes extremely long response times with going back and forth with no solutions. They also close ongoing issues and even had someone claim that tickets are made “resolved” whenever they respond instead of being “open” which is false.
Application also lacks basic security such as 2FA.
Does not support xero properly nor does it forward the cost of goods alongside sales.
False claims on the features they provide & terrible customers service. Save yourself the headache and find a better solution.
Very powerful, but not as intuitive as it should be.
It started off so good
Packed with Features / But Buggy and Painfully Slow
Good software & good service
new changes make it very cumbersome
Good from afar, but far from good
Don’t bother if you are on Woocommerce
Excellent onboarding support
Top notch product management software coupled with unmatched software support.
In terms of a software handling the automation of my eCommerce business, ecomdash is #1
