How to apply for refund?
Bad bad bad. I ordered a few likes and watch hours and they put up 100 likes before my video had any views! Now how is that going to look legit???? I had to delete the video and start over. But they then started adding the likes and subs anyway, even AFTER I spoke to someone via email and asked for a refund! STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
SCAM! Fell for the “good reviews” and never saw a new sub and never got a confirmation email.
I placed an order for 3,750 views on December 30 2023 and was told that it can take up to 72 hours and when I went back to check the order status 24 hours later it stated that it was in fulfillment and I reached out to support and left a message I paid a total of 21.31 for 2500 views plus an additional 1250 extra order of views so far nothing and I have yet to hear back from anyone and I placed an order on Use Viral for another additional amount of likes for $11 and did not receive anything from them at all

Please be aware of this company they are nothing but a bunch of scammers! We placed an order a few days ago to test them out, we were suppose to receive the order immediately or within 72hours and absolutely NOTHING was delivered from them! Tried contacting them more then enough times now and still not a single reply back! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SIDESMEDIA & USEVIRAL!!! This is just a huge SCAM!!! AVOID BOTH WEBSITES!!!

The promise real people. They lied. You will get only bots. Another bot spamming company. My twitch was just suspended permanently because of the bot spam. You get all the followers at once. Real trash company. Please avoid.
Scam, do not send them money!!
Sent money for Spotify promotion and was promised result is 72 Hours, this did not happen and further emails did not receive a response. Utter Scam AVOID!!
