Pathetic experience..seems a spam n fake..First they got me paid 9.99$ for website traffic n then again n again asked for payment receipt which was done n when I asked when will I get traffic then I was told team is working n within 24 hrs I will get the result n now its more than 24 hrs n still no response…its total cheat n spam

Absolutely TERRIBLE, rude customer service. Plus, Spark Traffic does not deliver the amount of traffic you pay for. Spark Traffic’s traffic package on our client’s websites expired on August 10 (re-purchased Oct 5). The traffic stopped immediately, but traffic drop-off was only 1500 visits per day, according to Google Analytics. So Spark Traffic was only giving 1500/day, but it’s supposed to give 10,000/day (for Medium Economy package). On another client site, traffic dropped from 3800/day to about 2000/day. So it’s only delivering 1800/day. Again, it’s supposed to deliver 10k/day. When I (politely) asked about this, the customer service was incredibly rude and ghosted me instead of giving me an answer.
The worst customer support I ever experienced. I wouldn’t call this support instead they will do their best to make you feel dumb as ***. I didn’t get any help with the setup and as errors accrued they got angry after a few questions and told me to F*** myself and go and get traffic somewhere else.

The website is fully scam, after I paid they don’t reply me on live chat.
after 2 hours they sent me an Email asking to upload my credit card photo + my passport photo.
I did upload them and after 12 hours they replied me that they can’t accept my payment.
They didn’t refund me, I had to dispute the payment with my bank, They just want to get people documents and they will not send any traffic. BE AWARE
If I can give them a negative rating I would. There is no value to any of the work. It is all fake Trafficbot work which you can get for free from hitleap or 10khits. Do not pay they people unless you want to give money to people like Andrew Mestre the owner.
